Four of my nails have began to break down the middle?

my pinky nail is the worst by far, its split so far down the middle that i think the nail is gonna come off and i can see underneath the nail in da middle... What can i do to help my nails, i kno they are really weak from doing months of arcylic wraps and wat not... what can i do to help them grow bacck faster and strongerFour of my nails have began to break down the middle?
