I'm not sure what exactly you are looking for. There are plans to build houses without nails or screws. There are kids crafts and wood crafts for all ages.

Here are some things that I found.

Camp Seat and Lawn Chair (no screws, nails or glue required): http://vgwoodplans.com/comments.htm

Boy Scout stores have simple projects that young children can put together that don't require nails or screws or glue. You can check to see if you have a Scout store near you with projects that fit your description.

Home Depot has kits for young children as well. They have workshops for kids. Maybe they have kits or plans you can use.
