No. You can strengthen your nails by eating foods that help nail growth. Your nails are protein so anything that helps to have your body use the protein better. Plus protein of course.
NO! That has NOTHINg to do with Strength. Try to eat more stuff with calcium 'C';. And use those polishes to strenghen up your nails. They help.
