I'm doing a research paper on politics, and having a hard time nailing it down to what exactly with politics?

Any ideas? Any sources?I'm doing a research paper on politics, and having a hard time nailing it down to what exactly with politics?
You could choose almost any topic and find something about it in politics. ie.

gun control - Do our current political leaders have the right to go against the Constitution and attempt to take gun ownership away from private citizens?

immigration - Should we allow illegals to stay or should they be deported?

medical coverage - Is it the governments responsibility to make sure all US citizens have affordable medical care?

These are just a couple of ideas for you based on current events.

Also, you may consider writing your paper around the definition of politics and the different types thereof. ie. Socialism, communism, republic, etc.

This site may also help. http://www.wimp.com/thegovernment/I'm doing a research paper on politics, and having a hard time nailing it down to what exactly with politics?

You won't find what your looking for here. Nothing but frustrated, ignorant republicans anonymously huddling behind a computer screen to vent their frustrations over a country that has evolved without them. That's why almost all questions and answers are negative towards OUR president, because they lost, and they can't do a dam thing about it...lol
Why don't you do a survey of 20 people asking the same questions about views on current politicians and issues. Then, ask them what their TV news source is (Fox, MSNBC, CNN, ABC, CBS, HLN) and draw correlations and explain them.
Sorry. Serious questions posted here seldom get serious replies. If you're looking for info in general about politics, and your GPA depends on it, go to a better source.
from a grammatical standpoint you're question makes no sense. I can't even decipher what you're trying to say.
how about researching one of the more obscure political parties - what other parties ran in the 2008 elections aside from Dems and Repubs?
CHOOSE A ''TOPIC'' LIKE ''THE CIVIL WAR,ETC... THEN LOOK UP ALL UR INFO.. ON GOOGLE.. IS SIMPLE.. OR GO TO LIBRARY..
hu? Your questions doesn't make any sense.
