I hurt my big toe and the nail is split halfway down, it bled as well...what can i do? just wrap it with gauze until it heals?Nail halfway down split?
Well if it was me i would soak it at least twice a day in some epson salt ( you can get it at any store), and i would put some neosporin on it after the soak. I would wrap it in a gauz at night or while wearing a shoe. You should really let it air out as much as possible though. If it looks like it is getting worse or starting to swell and puss, make a doctors appt. because it might be infected.Nail halfway down split?
first off to dissinfect it peroxide..and soak it 3 times a day in warm water and epsome salts..it may take a while but as it grows it will heal itself..open toed shoes recommened for a while..and keep up with the peroxide
Go to the Doctor,you might wanna put ice in a cloth on it,to keep swelling down.
