What do strong creases down the middle of the length of your finger nails mean?

I'm not sure if it means they could indicate a heart problem...Has anyone ever heared of thisWhat do strong creases down the middle of the length of your finger nails mean?
it means that you don't eat enough veggiesWhat do strong creases down the middle of the length of your finger nails mean?
It has nothing to do with your heart. Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables and you will have healthy nails.
I've always heard it happens as we get older, never

heard of it being because of any health problem.

I don't know your age so don't know if that applies to you.

I've seen it often in older adults.
See the following site for pictures and what the conditions refer to..........

my aunt has a heart condition and her fingernails are clubbed not ridged,it can indicate a lack of zinc in your diet or that stress is effecting you adversely. ask your GP to refer you to a nutritionist.
