I would take her to the vet. Nails get rusty and if she stepped on it, you want to get it treated so it doesn't get infected and cause her more problems.
Don't call the vet...DRIVE YOUR CAR FAST TO THE VET! Check if it's bleeding and wrap a towel around it and get to the vet! Don't waste your time typing!! GOOOO!!
