It would be prefurred that you repaired the roof insted of putting a tarp over it but if its the tarp or nothing, I would nail the tarp over the roof then caulk the nails so water cant leak in at all.Is it wise to nail down my tarp to cover my leaky roof?
Put boards around it and nail them down. Otherwise the nails will rip through the tarp with the slightest wind.
